As you enter our facility you will find our reception desk and our Power Lifting, Dumbbells, and Crossfit area. This floor also includes the Supplement, Gears and Apparel Store.
MIDDLE FLOOR

This floor includes the Main Weight Training Area, Cardio Machines, Cardio Cinema Theatre, Aerobics Room and our Nutrition Bar.

Our third level includes a loft that is dedicated to Spin Bikes and daily Spin Classes.

It's one of the most aesthetically pleasing gyms. It is clean, smells great, has more than enough equipment. It carries mostly Technogym Equipment, with lots of cardio equipment. It has hot water in the showers and spacious enough for floor work. Great all around. The music is always pumping.
